Personal Trainer

Alexandra has had a lifelong passion for health and fitness.   She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Ottawa in health sciences.  She then went on to complete her Master's in Public Health with a concentration in health promotion from the University of Toronto.  While she was completing her Master's degree she became a Personal Trainer and fell in love with helping people achieve their health and fitness goals.  After completing her Master's degree Alexandra and her husband moved to the Guelph area.  Since moving to the area Alexandra was able to pursue her other passion: horses and the sport of dressage.   She and her husband bought a small horse farm just outside of Fergus which is now home to Alexandra, her husband, their children and numerous dogs, cats, horses and even a pot belly pig!

While pursuing her love of dressage Alexandra also fell in love with Pilates.  She initially started Pilates as a way to improve posture and help with core strength for riding but fell in love with the way Pilates made her body feel.  After personally practicing Pilates for a number of years Alexandra completed her comprehensive teacher training through Body Harmonics in Toronto.  Alexandra has since taken many continuing education courses including pre and post natal specialist certifications.
