Individual Mat Physio Pilates
Individual mat pilates sessions are a 1:1 approach focusing on core strength, flexibility and alignment, tailored to your unique needs and goals. The benefits include but are not limited to improved posture, enhanced body awareness, and improved overall strength. You will be working with a certified Pilates instructor, who is also a Registered Physiotherapist.

Individual Reformer Physio Pilates
Individual reformer pilates sessions are a 1:1 approach focusing on core strength, flexibility and alignment, tailored to your unique needs and goals. These sessions utilize the reformer, a piece of Pilates equipment that uses a spring-loaded system to add resistance to various movements. It can be used in sitting, standing, kneeling and lying down, allowing for a total body workout. It utilizes straps that can be used for your arms or your legs to enhance the strength and range of motion of your upper and lower body, and your core.

Semi Private Mat Physio Pilates
The semi-private mat pilates sessions allows you to participate in an individualized session in the company of a partner or a friend.

Mat Physio Pilates Classes
Mat pilates classes run for approximately 8 weeks under the supervision of a certified mat pilates instructor, who is also a Registered Physiotherapist. As such, these sessions can be billed as Physiotherapy.
